RightAir is a spin-out from the Brenner Bioengineering Lab, and makes the AIR-AD Vest, which looks like a clothing vest, but relieves the shortness of breath of COPD, because it is actually the world's lightest weight negative pressure ventilator. RightAir finalized a deal in November 2020 to move the product toward FDA clearance, so that it can help patients.
